HEAT was approached in November 2021, during Covid, when the local charity told them that they couldn’t afford to continue to support them as Covid had serious impact of the donation. The school had two choices, either to close the school for 120 children or seek a support internationally. After carrying out the due diligent the Board agreed to support the school which now has 193 boys and girls.

The teachers and landlord were so dedicated that they worked for 5 months without salary or rent which they all agreed to waive when HEAT came on board.
